What a Night at Jalopy! Double CD Release Party!

What a time we had at our first NYC gig as a complete band in more than 2 years. A big crowd, great sound at Jalopy Theatre and a chance to share Leap Year in person with our nearest and dearest along with quite a few new fans lured by friends. It is an amazing thing to spend so much time writing, arranging, recording, and rehearsing and then finally to see, hear, feel the songs land on an appreciative, deep-listening audience like we had on Saturday. And then we swung back into our 5 song EP We Fit Together which never had its official coming out party and only feels more relevant and timely now. And what fun to play! Then we closed with a few tunes from our How The Bright Earth Spun album — Chicago Blues and singalongs Walk in Jerusalem, Wade in the Water and The Gentle Arms of Eden — before a rousing encore of Gloryland. Thanks to everyone who came and everyone who watch on livestream. I’ll be posting the video before long.
